About Fieldnote
Don’t come to learn. Come to notice.
Fieldnote is built on a simple idea: give people something worth being curious about, and learning happens along the way. There are no courses, no levels, and no quizzes — just photographs, films, field recordings, and the questions they open.
How a discovery works
Every discovery opens in layers. First what you’re looking at, then a simple explanation, then the deeper science — including common misunderstandings, what we know, and what we honestly don’t. From there you can follow related material, hear other perspectives, or record your own observation in Document.
An honesty note
Fieldnote is a prototype. The observations and community posts are illustrative examples, clearly labelled as such. Research links point only to real, publicly available sources — and when a source can’t be verified, we say so instead of linking it. Nothing fictional is presented as genuine evidence or user feedback.
What’s next
Real community accounts, shared field notebooks, and open observation data are on the horizon. If you’re curious what exists today, start with Explore or read the fieldnotes in Understand.
